Your Role

As a Category Developer Coffee, you are the link between customers, product, and commercial teams. You help customers get exactly what they need: the right coffee, the right concept, and the right taste experience.

Your work is varied and dynamic. You will:

• Translate customer needs into suitable coffee products and solutions
• Contribute to product development and new coffee flavors
• Liaise with coffee suppliers and production to scale ideas
• Advise customers in a service-oriented and knowledgeable manner
• Monitor planning, quality, and follow-up

You move effortlessly between commerce, creativity, and operations — no two days are the same.

Who Are We Looking For?

You are someone who:

• Has a genuine passion for coffee, flavor, and quality
• Is highly service-oriented and always puts the customer first
• Thinks commercially and recognizes opportunities
• Listens well and communicates clearly
• Is both creative and analytical: you see opportunities and know how to capitalize on them
• Preferably has experience in hospitality, food, or horeca (a degree from a Hotel Management School or similar is a plus)
• Has preferably a Bachelor’s (HBO) level of working and thinking
