Are you looking for a new challenge as Application Administrator? Then come work at CAPPAC B.V. in Boxtel!

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As functional application manager you are the first point of contact for questions, incidents or wishes from the organization that relate to the partly in-house developed ERP system MyFactory. You are responsible for using, managing and monitoring the application.

You also collect, translate and determine change requests in the system in consultation with our supplier. This makes you the link between users and developers for MyFactory. Finally, you test the changes and supervise the implementation of new functionalities. All these tasks require you to be able to switch quickly while keeping an overview of the priorities.

You are also actively engaged in identifying problems in advance and solving or improving them. This in combination with our users and supplier. Internal training is offered for specific knowledge and skills. In this position you will report to the Finance Manager.

YOUR DUTIES.
– Managing and optimizing the application(s);
– You are closely involved in the development and implementation process of new features and systems;
– Testing new releases/product innovations;
– Supporting users and solving problems;
– Application setup (management of users, profiles, rights and basic data);
– Creating and maintaining system documentation and user manual;
– Trouble-shooting and resolving operational problems;
– Securing and improving process and system improvements;
– Collaborate with users and supplier.

YOUR PROFILE.
– You are available full-time, 32 hours is negotiable;
– You have at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position;
– You have a higher vocational education working and thinking level;
– Knowledge of and experience with MyFactory is a plus;
– You can switch quickly, plan efficiently and are solution-oriented and proactive;
– You work accurately, critically and in a structured way;
– You have good communication skills and are able to communicate at different levels.
