As an Account Manager (Inside Sales), you play a key role within the organization. With your energetic and proactive approach, you ensure the right actions are taken across departments.

You are responsible for the fast and accurate processing of incoming orders and oversee their correct execution. Your mission is to ensure the customer receives the highest quality and service, creating an optimal customer experience.

You make sure all internal processes run smoothly in close cooperation with different departments.

The sales team consists of 6 account managers, 2 of whom work in external sales.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Full customer process management
  • Managing relationships with international clients
  • Following up on sales team activities
  • Preparing sales forecasts and monthly reports
  • Handling export documentation requests
  • Working with CRM system Ridder
  • Project management activities

 YOUR PROFILE

  • MBO+ level of education and working experience
  • Available full-time (32 hours is negotiable)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Enthusiasm for coffee ☕
  • Strong customer focus and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to switch quickly and work flexibly
  • Structured, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
  • English is required; French is a plus
